Mechanical Design& Manufacturing department of Incheon Human Resources Development Center is providing NC programming and machine processing as part of its vocational ability enhancement program. For students who handle processing machines or are learning the new 5-axis technique for the first time, educational efficiency is being increased by substituting machine exercises with simulation lessons to make up for the shortage in machine numbers.

=>Effects of V-Machine from case study
Through a perfect simulation of the operating and controller of machine used in real-life environment, human resources that can be directly deployed in workplaces can be trained. Prevents in advance the defects that can occur during actual processing through simulation. From 3-axis to 5-axis, a wide variety of practical exercises with controller and machine is available. Replaces the training program maneuvering device with a PC to maximize the efficiency of training budget regarding investment in equipment.
